Cancellation and Refund Policy – ThemesPluginHub

At ThemesPluginHub, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of our offerings, which are digital and downloadable immediately upon purchase, we maintain a specific refund policy:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for non-working or non-functional digital goods. If a product is defective and our customer support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be processed.
  You may request a refund within 2 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with our services. Refunds will be processed 4-6 working days.

• Alternative Solutions: In cases where a theme is not functioning correctly, we offer the option to replace it with another GPL (General Public License) theme.

Please note that once a digital product is delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds are not provided unless the above conditions are met.
